Pico Communication Nigeria Ltd (Pico) employs experienced professionals from the Mobile communications industry, offering a wide and varied skill set. In-Building Coverage solutions are employed to maintain good mobile communications service inside airports, shopping malls, company HQs and similar buildings and can be achieved by the installation of small, low-powered internal antenna systems called picocells
Pico has a dedicated team, based out of offices in Lagos, Nigeria. The team operates on a National basis across Nigeria, supported by international staff.

- Site Audits – Pico provides a full audit service for Mobile Operators or Private Customers together with a report and recommendations. Following a site survey Pico will produce a Summary Report to the client outlining the current coverage requirements and recommendations.
- Coverage Solution Analysis - this is a site specific review of the options for deploying coverage to a site/building. It will provide a full interrogation of the available coverage solutions and costs and will recommend the most cost effective and timely options.
- Survey & Design – Pico provides a full survey and design capability based out of it’s offices in Lagos for all indoor and confined space solutions. Pico will undertake coverage surveys and produce designs for GSM/3G, CDMA, and WiFi.
- Site Build & Installation – Pico provides as full build and installation service to it’s clients as part of it’s professional service offering.
- Commissioning - Pico provides as full system commissioning service to it’s clients as part of it’s professional service offering. This includes walk-testing and Handover results.
- Maintenance – a full after sales maintenance programme is available to clients on all installed schemes. Pico will enter into maintenance programmes for existing sites subject to survey and contractual indemnification.
- Satellite Repeaters – Satellite phones are widely used in Nigeria, particularly by large conglomerates. Traditionally these phones require a Line of Sight for satellite communication, however, Pico are able to install coverage repeaters which boost the signal within buildings.
- Measurement – We are able to offer a wide range of field measurement services, either predictive tools, drive testing or post installation assessments. Pico can offer a wide range of test transmission services for macro, pico and micro sites, ad for a diverse range of radio technologies. For specialist surveys, we bring in UK-based specialists.
