- New Sites – Pico manages the relationship with the site provider as well as undertakes the day to day searches and acquisition activities on behalf of the client, from initial instruction to site build. Several existing high profile sites have such a requirement, particularly locations such as stadiums and conference venues. Many of the negotiations underway form part of wider strategic discussion over “total network” solutions, effectively looking at the wider picture.
- Coverage Solution Analysis – Pico is able to project manage and undertake the upgrade of existing infrastructure depending on Customer requirements. This includes, but not limited to, re-build, additional equipment, landlord negotiations and site share management.
- Existing Sites – Pico provides a full survey and design capability based out of it’s offices in Lagos for all indoor and confined space solutions. Pico will undertake coverage surveys and produce designs for GSM/3G, CDMA, and WiFi.
- Site Build & Installation – Pico provides as full build and installation service to it’s clients as part of it’s professional service offering.
- Site Share – Our staff have considerable experience in Site Share Management in the UK, whether managing incoming and outgoing site share requests, permitting, landlord negotiations and power upgrades. The Nigerian market is as yet underveloped in this field and Pico’s experience would add considerable value to the development of this competence.
- Maintenance – A full after sales maintenance programme is available to clients on all installed schemes. Pico will enter into maintenance programmes for existing sites subject to survey and contractual indemnification.
- Survey & Design – Pico provides a full survey and design capability based out of its offices in Lagos. Pico will undertake coverage surveys and produce designs for GSM/3G, and CDMA.
- Commissioning - Pico provides as full system commissioning service to it’s clients as part of it’s professional service offering. This includes walk-testing and Handover results.
- Measurement – We are able to offer a wide range of field measurement services, either predictive tools, drive testing or post installation assessments. Pico can offer a wide range of test transmission services for macro, pico and micro sites, ad for a diverse range of radio technologies. For specialist surveys, we bring in UK-based specialists.
- Logistics support – Through our international connections we are able to provide further material supply opportunities, such as masts, cabins/shelters and innovative power technologies.
